Covering critical thinking fundamentals, cognitive biases and how to overcome them, structured problem-solving frameworks (5 Whys, Fishbone, MECE, hypothesis-driven), root cause analysis, decision-making models (decision matrices, cost-benefit, risk-based), creative thinking techniques (lateral thinking, SCAMPER, design thinking basics), and problem-solving in teams. Participants work on a real problem from their workplace and develop a structured solution.
