Overview

This programme equips healthcare quality professionals with the tools to build safer, higher-quality care systems. Covering quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Six Sigma, Lean Healthcare), patient safety frameworks, root cause analysis (RCA), sentinel event management, medication safety, infection prevention and control, clinical audit processes, and quality accreditation preparation (JCI, CBAHI). Participants conduct a root cause analysis on a real incident and develop a quality improvement project.
