Course Objectives
- Identify and prioritise automation candidates using process discovery and mining frameworks.
- Design and develop RPA bots using UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrate AI capabilities (OCR, NLP, ML) for intelligent document processing and exception handling.
- Test, deploy, and monitor automation bots in production environments.
- Build an automation governance framework and Center of Excellence (CoE) design.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of business processes. No coding experience required for the UiPath StudioX track.
- IT participants should install UiPath Community Edition and Power Automate Desktop before Day 1.
