Overview

Data privacy regulations are expanding globally — GDPR in Europe, PDPL in Saudi Arabia, UAE Data Protection Law, and Oman Personal Data Protection Law. This programme equips legal, HR, and IT professionals with practical privacy management skills: data mapping and classification, privacy impact assessments (PIA), data subject rights management, consent management, data retention and deletion policies, cross-border data transfer mechanisms, privacy by design principles, and appointing a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Participants leave with a data privacy compliance checklist and a draft privacy policy for their organisation.
