Overview

The quality of training delivery is as important as the content — 85% of training effectiveness depends on the trainer skills (ATD). This programme develops the competencies of new and experienced trainers. Covering adult learning facilitation, presentation skills (verbal, non-verbal, visual aids), classroom management, group dynamics and engagement techniques, activity design (role plays, case studies, group exercises), handling difficult participants, questioning and discussion techniques, giving constructive feedback, virtual training skills, and training session evaluation. Participants deliver a 20-minute training session and receive peer and expert feedback.
