Overview
A Kaizen Blitz compresses months of incremental change into five intense days. Teams are embedded in a Japanese partner facility, identify a target problem on Day 1, analyse root causes using 5-Why and fishbone tools, implement solutions on Days 3–4, and present measurable results on Day 5. This programme guarantees an authentic factory-floor experience.
