Overview
Toyota vertical Keiretsu encompasses over 300 Tier-1 suppliers and thousands of Tier-2 and Tier-3 manufacturers, all co-located in the Nagoya–Toyota City–Hamamatsu manufacturing corridor. This tight network achieves near-100% local content, rapid innovation cycles, and extraordinary supply-chain resilience. This programme visits the Nagoya manufacturing ecosystem, meets Tier-1 and Tier-2 supplier managers, and draws direct lessons for Gulf national content and supplier development programmes.
