Toyota Woven City at the base of Mt. Fuji is a real-world test environment for autonomous vehicles, robotics, smart homes, and sustainable energy. Kashiwa-no-ha Smart City near Tokyo demonstrates data-driven urban management reducing energy use by 26%. This programme visits both projects, examines their governance structures, and draws direct parallels with NEOM, Lusail, and other Gulf smart-city ambitions.
