Participants complete a brief quality culture assessment of their organisation: where does quality live (systems vs. culture vs. individual pride)? What are the three most common quality failure points? This becomes Day 4 workshop input.

During Program

Kyoto Monozukuri Immersion

Five days in Kyoto: philosophy, master craftsman visits, modern precision manufacturing, quality culture workshops, and a Day 5 Monozukuri quality manifesto presentation.

After Program

Manifesto Launch & Quality Initiative

Participants publish their quality manifesto within 30 days and launch a quality culture initiative within 60. A group debrief call at Day 90 shares progress, successes, and challenges.

Nomination Eligibility

This programme is designed for professionals nominated by their organisations to undergo specialised training in Japan. Nominees should have organisational sponsorship and a clear mandate to apply the learnings upon return.
