Five days of immersive learning: philosophy, role-play simulations, live document drafting, cross-cultural analysis, and a full end-to-end decision process on Day 5 using each participant's real organisational case.

After Program

First Real-World Application

Participants apply Nemawashi to their pre-identified decision within two weeks and submit a brief outcome report to the programme facilitator. A group debrief call is held at Week 8 to share results and troubleshoot challenges.
