Overview
Ho-Ren-So (Report, Notify, Consult) is a three-part communication discipline embedded in Japanese corporate culture from entry level to boardroom. This programme teaches the exact timing, format, and escalation protocols for each component, using role-play scenarios from real Japanese corporate crises that Ho-Ren-So prevented or resolved.
