Overview
Ikigai — the Japanese concept of a reason to wake up — when applied at the organisational level becomes a powerful retention and engagement engine. Participants learn to identify individual Ikigai profiles, align them with team and corporate purpose, and create work environments where intrinsic motivation thrives. Includes a visit to Okinawa blue-zone communities.
